I help agency owners with many parallel client projects reduce operational chaos by building clear business architecture and simple, reliable and automated systems.

Through a focused bottleneck audit, I identify the biggest constraint in the business, map the most valuable workflows to improve, and define the next one or two systems that will create the most value over the next 90 days.

MixUp (Founder and CEO)

With MixUp, I have developed a real-time communication platform that makes it possible to realize virtual events and conferences for hundreds of attendees.

Participants of a MixUp event attend an unforgettable and interactive online experience with multiple stages, exhibitor booths and networking areas - without having to leave their desks.

Holocafé (Co-Founder and CTO)

The Holocafé is a franchise of modern virtual reality arcades where groups of guests can immerse themselves in specially developed virtual reality worlds.

I developed all software that exists in the Holocafé, including:

• A fully comprehensive booking system for the website including payments, voucher management and accounting, and all of this multi-client capable for the various franchise locations.
• A location management system that is used to install, monitor and operate all locations. This system was awarded the German Computer Game Prize in the “Best Innovation and Technology” category in 2022.
• 6 different virtual reality games ranging from family-friendly party games to horror shooters, all of which are multi-user compatible.

Hammer Labs

This is my first company I created right out of university to develop my own video games.
